I've been a Voange user for about a year and for the most part am very pleased that I decided to fire Sprint :-)

Several months ago I started having trouble with getting AOL IM to load, as well as several major websites, Google being one. This has happened with bad cable modems in the past, but I noticed when I unplugged the MTA and ran able straight to the router, all was well again. I changed the setup to run the MTA off the router, instead of the router through the MTA. It worked fine for several months.

Last weekend, though, I went out of town, and I knew something was wrong when I started getting all my house calls on my cell. When I got back, my motorola VT1005V was giving a 6 slow-3 fast-2 slow blink pattern. Internet is working fine, and I've rebooted and reconfigured numerous times, even down to swapping out the cat 5 cables.

I'm having a really hard time getting out of the hold queue on the help line. After 20 minutes holding, my cell dropped the call, then nothing but busy for a while.

I can't figure out how to reset a VT1005V, or even if you can. there are no obvious reset switches. Since I'm way past warranty, would it just be better to go pick up a new device and re-register? Help me out, someone. ;-)
