In hindsight I should of followed the little Aholes first and took my cellphone because they never found the goofs but for whatever reason I just decided to grab the phone and call the cops as I figured they might be able to respond quicker than they did but that's another story.

Basically satisfied with Vonage 911 and my experience was the same more or less as the test call in the initial post. I was half asleep and didn't realize I was on Vonage so when the first operator answered I just started rambling about what happened and she had to stop me and said she was only the initial operator, then she put me through to the second one and they seemed to get mixed up for a few seconds as to who was going to give who the info and move it along but we moved on quickly enough. The second determined I needed the local police which I got on the third transfer. Total time for all of this was about 2 minutes.
