I use time warner in cincinnati and after getting vonage, I was advised by someone on this board to get a different router, as the Toshiba PCX10005 is Docsys 1.0 and is supposedly not very good for VOIP. TW replaced it with a Motorola Sufboard. BTW, my results wit TW in Cincinnati: peed test statistics - Download speed: 6051216 bps Upload speed: 488888 bps Quality of service: 75 % Download test type: socket Upload test type: socket Maximum download pause: 77 ms Average download pause: 1 ms Minimum round trip time to server: 32 ms Average round trip time to server: 34 ms VoIP test statistics - Jitter: you -> server: 2.3 ms Jitter: server -> you: 8.3 ms Packet loss: you -> server: 0.0 % Packet loss: server -> you: 0.0 % Packet discards: 0.0 % Packets out of order: 0.0 % Number of supported VoIP lines: 8 Estimated MOS score: 3.9
