I use a Vtech 5.8GHz cordless phone (I5871) and it's the best phone I've ever had. Not only is it uniquely designed and loaded with features, but I literally got it for a steal on clearance at an Office Depot. The phone retails for $149.99 but I was able to purchase it for $48.10 after taxes. One question I'd like to ask other Vtech users. On the base unit there is a new message indicator, when you receive a new voice-mail to your Vonage line does the voice-mail indicator on your base unit blink? I'm guessing since I disabled the answering machine option on the I5871 is why the new message indicator light does not blink.
