I too have this problem. Interestingly it only started when my Linksys device died on me and Vonage replaced it with the D-Link VTA. Same responses from support as mentioned above, however the other day I finally got someone to admit the following: In regards to your email, currently there is a known issue with Caller ID on this device. We are currently working on a fix for this. Of course that was at the beginning of November and no further news yet.
