I too have and continue to lose settings when the router is unplugged. I suggest everyone complain to vonage. Insist on a case number and follow up every three days. My case number has been open since the 17 of July 07. P.S. It didn't do any good to replace the router (vt2542) they just send another defective one and I had to pay the 10 bucks to return the first defective router. Crappy equipment/techsupport cannot be fixed here but at least you know you are not alone.
