I stand (err, rather, sit) corrected. I have 911, not E911. The "933" information for me is vague on that point, as it says that I HAVE 911 and "depending on my area" I MAY have E911.

I'm not disputing the idea, trust me. I think it's a great idea to have the PSAP, and maybe even the description, location, and even a contact number on your Vonage 911 profile page. 933 is a start, but as you correctly state it does not provide all the information necessary.

But, that aside, given that people have reported that the information listed on that page is incorrect, better to test and be sure anyway, right? (provided you do the test in a way that does not honk off your local 911 op center and get you in trouble, of course)

I certainly wouldn't want to learn that Vonage had forwarded the wrong address as I sat there with a crushed larynx unable to correct them, or some other such morbid but possible scenario...
