Vonage I signed up with Vonage about 2 weeks ago, I had issues, just like anyone else did,

I signed up with Vonage about 2 weeks ago, I had issues, just like anyone else did, tech support with there damn reboots did no good, and I am sure there is only one guy that runs the tech dept.
Well I figured out the issues myself, just to find out that Vonage does not work with Direcway Satellite.
Works great on reception, but transmission was breaking up, but Vonage tells you that its compatible with Satalitte and never even thought about testing my two way bandwidth.
After reading through a lot of issues on this forum I found a bandwidth tester from Vonage to see if the issue was something else, I had nearly 1mb down of which is fantastic but only 21Kbs up!
Vonage could have saved me time and money if they looked into the facts and trained there personel properly.
So now I am stuck with a linksys PAP2 adaptor and $50 in the hole! not to mention a lot of wasted time trying to get the damn thing to work.
If anyone is using Satelitte and is thinking of using Vonage, you better get the business package on Direcway to run it, personaly I am not going to pay over $100 for internet access with upload worse then a 28k modem!
I cancellec my account yesterday, I did not realise it but Vonage puts you on a 30 money back option, which was a supprise to me.
But I am still stuck with a $50 plastic box that doubles up quite nice as a cup stand.
I would like to see Vonage put a link to the speed test on there front page so customers can make sure they are compatible, remove the statement saying satelittes will work with Vonage (inacurate details).
I would also like a reply to my 7 e-mails I sent to Vonage, too little too late now but it would have been nice for a reply!
