The Belkin should work fine. In fact, I'd keep it as my primary router if I were you. One network is simpler than two. I think your best bet is to get something like the RTP300 and simply put it on your network as a Vonage-only device, plug it in, and hook up a phone. There's a very good chance it will work right out of the box that way. If not, you can always put it in the DMZ on your Belkin and it will almost certainly work.
The RTP300 and WRTP54G are decent routers, but probably no better than your Belkin, and they work a lot better when they don't have to route a lot of traffic. I'd recommend configuration #1 on the following page:

You probably want to look into QoS, most likely, as your traffic load increases on your network. I don't know anything about the QoS on the Belkin routers, but you do need a router with good QoS if you start doing heavy uploads/downloads or BitTorrent. http://vonage.nmhoy.net/qos.html If you just surf the web casually with no huge transfers going on during phone calls, then you don't need to worry about QoS at first - you should be fine.
One important thing is to run the Voip Speed Test at www.testyouvoip.com and check the results. If your score is below about a 4.0, look at the detailed results post them here, and we can help you figure out what might be wrong. If your score is 4.4, then you are going to LOVE Voip. ;)
Oh, and be sure to secure your wireless network with WPA if you haven't already. People leeching off your wireless connection can really muck up your Voip quality.
