Vonage I resolved the "cable unplugged" error problem. I had 2 Local Area Connections

I resolved the "cable unplugged" error problem. I had 2 Local Area Connections enabled, a Network Adapter and my Ethernet Connection. Had to "disable" Network since it wasn't being used.

However, once I got that problem worked out, I followed your instructions carefully, but still couldn't connect. I spent several hours on phone with Verizon and Linksys, tried Vonage but only got tired of waiting or getting busy signal.

Linksys technician said I got a faulty router and would need to get another one from Vonage. Verizon was the most helpful, but they tested the router and said it was ok.

I have boxed up the router and plan on cancelling my Vonage account. Maybe I'll try it some time down the road once some of the bugs are worked out.
