The first Vonage tech refused to make the changes.
The second Vonage tech came back with this response:
"Douglas,
The information you provided was not all correct. I did however make
the correct adjustments. See the thing is there are a few different
ring cadences, and the firmware .55 does change the on-hook settings."
So I'm not sure what he changed, but i won't be able to test until tonight. We'll have to see then.
