Vonage I received back from the Michigan Attorney Generals office a copy of Vonages response



I received back from the Michigan Attorney Generals office a copy of Vonages response to my complaint of them refusing to release the information connected to my phone number. It appears that they have my wifes name not mine attached to the number but my name on Vonages billing. So to be safe I changed my Vonage account information to my wifes. All they had to do was tell me that in the first place. Now comes the wait and see if the transfer will go through this time. In the meantime I will keep updating my site to the final day. http://www.phazerelectronix.com/voipblog.html UPDATE AUG 10TH Vonage has finally released my number to SunRocket. Now comes the fun of trying to cancel my Vonage account.
