I received a new RTP312 unit at the end of February and it is an 'E' series, but it DOES have the noise, so they say they are going to ship me a new one, something about putting my name on a spreadsheet. This was on Thursday 10 March, the Rep said the new units weren't shipping yet, which I find hard to believe, he was a Level 3 rep though. It all started with me complaining about losing the ability to use Tivo through it after they changed out my Motorola which worked great, except for that darned Caller-ID issue with it. He said that he expects they will have the "fix" shipping in a few weeks. I'm curious if anyone has the "facts" on this pain in the neck issue...
