Vonage I read the terms of service and even checked out Vonage online before signing up.



I read the terms of service and even checked out Vonage online before signing up. I knew the cancellation fee upfront. I also read many other pages where Vonage users had many complaints about Vonage service, tech support, and customer service. If you would have done your homework before signing up, you would have known what you were in for. I decided to take my chances anyway and I have been VERY happy with my vonage service. With the internet, you can check anything out completely and then you go in with your eyes more open instead of going in blindly.

Cancellation Fee


Cancellation fee is where they get their money. This is a cancellation fee of 39.99
Sames as for the discounted cable deals, direct TV, cell phones, etc. Surprised?
Confused at this posting. This information is all there in the terms of service.
I am sure it is just a matter of time before Vonage will be hit with a class action
I don't think there is really much Vonage can do since this has to be ISP issue. Did
