Vonage I read the Michigan website but still am confused. I have Verizon phone and DSL

I read the Michigan website but still am confused. I have Verizon phone and DSL service on one line. I cancelled the phone service and now only have DAL. In the outside box, my line #1 has a red and green wire connected. Line #2 has the orange & orange/white wires connected and the blue/blue/white disconnected and taped.
I disconnected the orange/orange/white cables and I lost my verizon phone tone. My DSL still works along with my Vonage adaptor connected to the DSL.

In my office, I have a two jack receptacle. The top has the blue/white cable connected to the red wire/screw and blue connected to the black wire/screw. The DSL line is connected in the top jack and works. I also have a double adapter going into the top jack so I can hook my DSL on one and my DISH Network telephone line to the other. My bottom jack has the orange wire connected to the red and orange/white to the black. When I try to hook the DSL cable to the bottom jack, it doesn't work.

All my other jacks have blue & blue/white connected to black/red in jack respectively.

I disconnected the orange/orange white cable from line#2 on the outside box and lost my Verizon phone signal but kept my DSL and Vonage signal (connected to top jack in office). The other phones do not work.

What do I need to do to get all jacks to work?

I have to connect my DISH boxes to a phone line in each room so it can periodically call the company. If it doesn't, I get charged an extra $5 per box. Once I get the jacks to work for Voip i each room, can I get a two-way splitter and share the DISH phoneline and regular phone (VOIP now) in the splitter?

In the office, I share the top plug in the jack with DISH line and DSL line in the splitter. Should OR how would I connect the Vonage adaptor into the bottom plug on the jack? If I do, where does the line go in the back on the Vonage adaptor, does it replace the WAN cable from the DSL modem?

Hopefully, a smart wiring guy will read this and give me some help in a simplified way.

I'm a Special Forces Lieutenant Colonel and am VERY frustrated that I can't figure this out!

Trying to get my Vonage working in all phone jacks

It sounds like you have mixed wiring that has been crosswired to make certain jacks
