I posted this message in another thread, but it seems to be a popular "Wish List" item... Today I contacted customer care and spoke to a Customer Service representative named "Keno." I asked him IF and WHEN ACR was going to be implemented, and he put me on hold, contacted his supervisor, came back to the call and said, "If you want to know when this will be offered, call back on Monday or Tuesday and we will have a date!" For further confirmation I asked for the name of his supervisor, whose name is Bob Perry. I got the entire conversation on tape. BTW, they answered very quickly. I was not on the phone longer than 15 minutes.
