Vonage I noticed that Best Buy has vonage service for sale in their Reno store, but nowhere

I noticed that Best Buy has Vonage service for sale in their Reno store, but nowhere is there a warning that there are no 775 numbers available. Sunrocket has reno numbers, and Charter is going to offer phone service very soon, but I think Charter is too expensive to be a viable competitor to other Voip providers.
