I never said you were a liar, I said that you are leaving information out. There is a world of difference there. And you're right, I did assume, because you IMPLIED that your Internet provider is AT&T.

Even if Vonage knew who your Internet provider is, THEY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH YOUR INTERNET PROVIDER. All Vonage was responsible for, and all they COULD do, was notify AT&T that you requested to move your telephone number from their service to your service.

I'm sorry you feel that I'm being arrogant and annoying, that certainly isn't my intention. I'm just trying to help you understand why your anger is misplaced. If you feel that I'm some sort of Vonage fanboy, you obviously have not bothered to read any of my other posts on this site, especially ones written in the last two weeks.

If Vonage deserves jeers for bad service, then I'm not going to defend bad service. In this case, though, I don't see where Vonage gave you the raw deal. AT&T and/or your Internet provider were the ones who did you the disservice. Vonage attempted to do its job.

Still, if you want to rant and cry about how it's all Vonage's fault, so be it. If you don't want to listen to at least three voices who have tried to help you, that is your right, and we can't stop you. At least Vonage is being courteous enough with moving your telephone number back to AT&T, and I hope you are satisfied with AT&T's service. And hopefully you will be more courteous to AT&T for their mistakes than you will be to the visitors of this forum who tried to help you.
