Vonage I'm still new to Vonage, so I don't know if this is normal or not. Whenever people



I'm still new to Vonage, so I don't know if this is normal or not. Whenever people call me on my Vonage number, I can only see their phone numbers and city name. This applies to 99% of the calls that I receive. It gets even worse when the caller is from out-of-state, in which case I see nothing at all. (no number, no name, no nothing) I had them call me at my landline Verizon number and their name and number come through perfectly. Also... when I call people, they only see "out of area" and no number... this applies to 100% of the people that I have called. Very frustrating.... Is there a problem with Vonage, or is there some setting that I need to chage? THANKS! :)
