I'm seeing the same packet loss results testing from my desktop computer and I too have excellent Vonage phone service. I wouldn't be overly concerned with your results as long as you continue to have excellent phone service...that's really the true test. For comparative testing purposes, you may also want to try other VoIP test sites such as http://myvoipspeed.visualware.com/ and http://testyourvoip.com/
