Vonage I'm repeating a post that I put up at Sveasoft in case anyone here can help. Voice

I'm repeating a post that I put up at Sveasoft in case anyone here can help. Voice quality is so bad that I had to forward calls to my cell phone.

I have been using Vonage for my home business use for a while now, and was pretty happy, so I took the plunge and switched my home phone over as well. I don't use the business line that much, so quality has never been an issue, for the most part.

Voice quality on the home line has been horrible, to the point where we are calling people back on our cell phones because you can't understand a thing. My wife is, understandably, annoyed.

OK, so here's what I've done. I spent a few hours yesterday cleaning up my wiring closet, and documenting my home LAN:
http://www.vwfans.com/stuff/home_network.jpg

This morning both lines worked fantastic, until I realized I had not plugged my Dell switch back in, so there was nothing else on the network.
Once that was turned on, quality dropped to horrible again.
I tried checking messages on my business line.
"Please en- the -ass-ode -or -is phone."
Yeesh.

What I have tried so far:
I switched both Vonage ATAs to static IPs.
I measured my bandwidth at around 3000 down, 135 up (why it is slow slow on the uplink I do not know - this is OptimumOnline and I will check with them on the speed issue. If Vonage truly requires 90k per line, that could explain a lot).
In QoS, I have the following settings:

port: uplink 100, downlink 2100 for lan&wlan (should I use WAN instead?)
services: bittorrent set to bulk, SIP set to premium
netmask: none listed
mac: priority for both Vonage ATAs set to premium
ethernet: priority for both Vonage ATAs set to premium, rest of network is on bulk

I'm not sure where to find the actual config files on the Linksys but if they are helpful I can paste them here.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.[/b]
