I'm in the Kitchener area with Bell high speed. I was having similar problems until I switched from the 5360 modem to the 6320 modem. I don't use the wireless because it doesn't work right but the modem is far better. I have the following: modem -> RT31P2 -> WRT54G -> computer(s) The QoS on the RT31P2 is a big help (once I had it set right). I'm not sure if that helps but that's my experience.
