I'm having a problem with voicemail that might be related to yours. Sometimes people will leave a message on my voicemail but when I listen to it, there's no sound (30 seconds-or however long-of dead air). I posted on this forum about my issue and also e-mailed Vonage support, but did not receive any feedback from either (maybe it's just us!). So, I turned my answering machine back on as a temporary solution.

I did notice that most, if not all of the missing messages came from cell phone callers. I tried leaving a message from my cell, but it worked ok for me, so I don't know if using a cell is a factor or not for my problem. Perhaps there is an issue with exiting out of the voicemail menu properly when using a cell. I'll have to try that.

But, now you have me wondering if other people received the voicemails meant for me...
