I'm going to respond since it seems like most times people just comes to forums to solve problems or bitch. I've had Vonage since August and have had no problems that I can remember. Only a few times I've had the other party complain at me sounding broken up and that only last for a few seconds. Also I run a web/email server on the same DSL line that only has 384k up with no QOS involved. I'd say all in all I've been VERY happy with the service. I only hope that Vonage plans accordingly to grow and doesn't outgrow what they can handle until they are ready.
