Vonage I'm going to be signing up for Vonage this week... and after reading back through

I'm going to be signing up for Vonage this week... and after reading back through the forums, I'm having trouble picking the right adapter.

As of this post, the only two adapters available on the Vonage website are the Linksys RT31P2 and WRTP54G. I can get a WRT54GP2 from Newegg.com for free after rebates.

From everything I've read, all of these router-adapters are decent for Vonage... but are horrible routers. I can still get a PAP2 from Best Buy for $10 after mail in rebates.

I don't care how many boxes I have around/above/under my desk. I'm moving and need to purchase a wireless router, Vonage aside. Would I be better off with a Wireless Router + PAP2 than any of the other listed adapters?

I believe the general consensus is that you are better off having a wireless router
You are most certainly better off with a separate router, though if your demands
Since the Linksys RT31P2 was free from Vonage I just went with that. I have it connected
Before coming to the forum I was giving serious thought to the WRT54GP2 as it seemed
NONE of the Vonage routers are really up to the task of BitTorrent... Consider
Amp300 - Keep in mind, also, that you are not likely to be able to run BitTorrent
