I'm a very dissatisfied client of VONAGE. Today it is not the first time I lost my connection with VONAGE (in Gatineau, QC). My Internet (with Videotron) is working perfectly well. When I try to access my account the system is also down. What's happening? Running a (VOIP) telephone company is serious business, is VONAGE taking it seriously? People's lives depend on having access to communication... I guess that we can exercise our right to request VONAGE to explain (publicly) what's happening with their services.
