Vonage I'm a user in Virgina, using the Linksys RTP300 with a Microsoft wireless router
I'm a user in Virgina, using the Linksys RTP300 with a Microsoft wireless router model MN-700. I can't get a dial tone, everytime I pick up the phone, it says that I may have the phone in the wrong port, which I don't.
I have the dsl model plugged into the router and the computer connection and the RTP300 coming out of it.
I can't get Vonage service, been on hold for 2 days. Any help would be appreciated.
My upload speed is 248
