I lost my connection today at noon..in Vancouver BC..my ADSL is fine... Phone adapter has the Power light and Network light on...but no Phone Jack light.. I'm trying to get thru to Vonage Support for a status..on hold for 15 min... .. Dashboard errors out as well...must be something on the Vonage Network.
