Vonage I lost caller name last night (still have caller id), immediately after I placed

I lost caller name last night (still have caller id), immediately after I placed my ATA behind my Pix 501 firewall. I'm not doing any port forwarding, relying on the "fixups" that come with the Pix.

All calls show caller id with "OUT OF AREA" for name.

Is there a specific port to forwrad for caller name? THat seems strange to me.
