Vonage I lost Timestamping via Caller-ID last Tuesday, and now tech support will not





I lost Timestamping via Caller-ID last Tuesday, and now tech support will not give me a status of my trouble ticket. One phone resets to 12:00AM with each call, the other box just gives the number with No Time and Date.

Also, I now show UNAVAILABLE for ANONYMOUS calls, instead of PRIVATE OR ANONYMOUS...This is REALLY Pissing me off the most, as I know the calls from UNAVAILABLE are either IT'll from family oversees in the morning and all other times it's the Telemarketers. Now I have to answer every call...

Anyone else have this issue with Anon calls showing as Unavailable instead??

OH, P.S. On my call logs in the website, it says ANONYMOUS and UNAVAILABLE CORRECTLY! Go figure!!!!
