Vonage I'll try the ones I can when I get home, Thanks. My Cable modem is after a splitter

I'll try the ones I can when I get home, Thanks. My Cable modem is after a splitter which then goes through a wall (Connectors are on the out side of the wall) in to the modem. Unfortionaly I live in an apartment so I only have 1 cable drop. Will make sure Cables are good. Just bought the newest Motorola Surfboard Modem 5120 about 1 month ago because my old Toshiba PCX2200 was dieing. QoS setup to Express for MAC of RTP300, rest of network normal. Computer off most of the time, but is free of virii from what norton says. Run weekly scans of spybot and ad-aware, along with having the microsoft anti-spyware installed. I will have to check in to weither of not my firewall is blocking everything. Before I upgraded to DD-WRT it was.... Wireless currently disabled do to laptop being kaput..... (Poor screen..). Normally WAP is enabled, with the SSID not broadcast.

Thank you for the answer. I was just wondering if it could possably be anything
You could hack into your ISP's customer databases and raise your speeds without

Suggestions in priority order: You can ensure that your cable modem is on
