I live in the Lehigh Valley area in PA and my service has been out since late last night. I don't think its my internet connection since I can access everything else on the internet without any problems. This morning I tried making a phone call and after dialing their would be a 5 second pause and then a fast busy. I've tried rebooting the router (Linksys RT31P2) but that doesn't help the issue. When the router comes back up the phone 1 light turns on after about 3 minutes, but I still get the fast busy. About 5 minutes later the phone 1 light goes out again. Current ISP is RCN.
