Vonage I just ordered vonage, received the adapter today and tried a number of calls.

I just ordered Vonage, received the adapter today and tried a number of calls. Voice was very choppy and generally unintelligible. Cell calls indicated both parties heard about the same...less that 30% of syllables could be heard. I ran the speed test here a couple times and tried to run testyourvoip.com (w/ and w/o adapter connected), but that test failed on both Mac and XP.

The speed test here indicated very high packet loss 75%>x>55% each time, though all other measurements seemed good. I couldn't find others who've indicated the same problem. Any suggestion as to the cause?
