Vonage I just joint with Vonage 12-26-05 in the US, I love it but the Voice Mail within e-mail

I just joint with Vonage 12-26-05 in the US, I love it but the Voice Mail within e-mail didn't work properly and also from the Vonage.Com (log-in to my account). I have no problem getting my voice mail from my home phone and also from outside my home by calling special number. I called tech. support 2x, they're not helping at all. It's very hard to explain to them, they have India's accent. First called, the tech. said, they just upgrade their systems (12-27-05) and Voice Mail within e-mail didn't work. Second called, the tech. said the same thing again (01-04-06). It's been 1 week. Am I the only one that having this problem? Second tech. also confirm that my call get routed to outside the US. I told them, I want to talk with tech. in US. She said, sorry no choice. Until now, I can't listen my voice mail through e-mail and vonage.com (always said NO message in my inbox, even though there are messages) :twisted:
