I just checked, I've got Cat5E out there, so 4 pairs. I'm only going to hook up 2 pairs. Seems the simplest thing to do will be buy a basic box to store the wires in, then connect them all. This is what I'm not exactly sure of. What is the best way to connect 6 wires together? Will a screw type connector work? What would be the best physical way to connect all the conductors? You mentioned making sure its waterproof, can you share any specifics besides putting silicone over the eventual connections? Thanks!
