Vonage I initially bought into the idea of using this alternative technology that was

I initially bought into the idea of using this alternative technology that was flexible, cost effective and pretty slick. But after experiencing 18 months of lackluster voice quality service - I am going back to Verizon.

This technology is NOT ready for prime time home usage.

Sick of dropped calls, ghosting of conversations and the need to tweak and adjust settings, replacing phones, diagnostics, etc.

Sick of dealing with outsourced Indian operators who soon or later need to forward me back to US tech support staff.

My time is too valuable and patience is at end.
