Vonage I have wanted to test my 911 ever since I signed up for Vonage but I have been reluctant

I have wanted to test my 911 ever since I signed up for Vonage but I have been reluctant for this reason. I am just not sure that calling 911 and then saying "this is only a test" is the best thing for people to be doing. I can understand that you would like to know if it works, but what about the other people that are tyring to call 911 at the same time. They probably have a real emergency (unless they too have Vonage) and may have to wait while you perform your test.
