I ended up choosing a release called TrixBox
It is a bundled installation of Centos (Linux) Asterisk, FreePBX, and a bunch of other gui packages..

You can download a virtual machine version of it from there website..

My SIP phone are GrandStream GXP-2000 We have 10 of them at our 4 different offices.

They are bussiness style PBX phones with 4 avaible lines for each handset and 7 extentions with lights to show who is on the phone etc..

you can score them on ebay for $49.00 a peice.. Once they are setup there are really slycke.. REALLY slycke..

The trixbox setup is all graphical and web based.. So added feature like auto attendant voicemail more extensions are just clicking links on a page. Very easy..

We are currently transitioning from our exisinting Vonage account..
So all our lines are point to the soft phone account.. Which has unlimited incoming minutes.

Trixbox has the softphone account setup as a incoming call trunk. So from there depending on what our customer hits at the prompts the call it routed to the right people..

For the outgoing calls we are going with a company
http://www.vitelity.com
they charge .0149 cents a minute to terminate all our outgoing calls.. They have unlimited amount of outgoing channels so we will never be out of a phone line.

If our PBX PC goes down incoming calls are routed to the Vonage voicemail.. And we can still use our exising Vonage system..
