I have tried both of their software. In $15 software, they have almost all AT command to intialize modem and detect caller ID but In free one on one command which is most common command"AT+VCD=1". You have to click fix caller ID in software and rebbot your PC. I have tried so THAT is why I am saying TRUST ME. If I offend anyone then I did not mean to. Just try it Nothing to loose. I have vonage phone and I plug one telephone cord into modem and Click on cllaer ID fix which adds "AT+VCD=1" and then initialize modem. It WORKS. I am passing some information. THAT WILL BE ALL
