I have this device also and no issues other than a rough activation and how unreal it is that anybody who buys this will endure the same and likely fail the initial setup. Not one peep out of the two techs trying to get me going said this is a known issue...I found out later here amongst the disgruntled.

Not that this device should not work for some here, any upload 500 up seems to take all the pain away from this device as other devices I had for Vonage. Not many ISP's are near the 500 mark on upload so I call myself lucky. When dsl came to my town of 4000 peeps I never seen cable again...it was the worst as far as reliability and upload was less also. It really is a sweet device since my activation issues and I do max it at times and calls are still very good. Anybody who buys one...upon activating be prepared for doom if your not patient let alone a new customer. cheers!
