I have the same issue, and cannot find the number to call Vonage for problems, really pissing me off......Thanks, guess I really wasn't looking at the big bar with greyed out options, of course now I used the wife's cell to call and it was ok. I'll have to wait for it again and call when it happens. We haven't even used the call forwarding at all, after 2 rings it would go to my cell, which is the back up number, but the network isn't down, just spoke with my relatives for almost an hour and never dropped off. Going to write that number down for future reference.
