Vonage I have setup my device and both * and # keys do not get recognized when setting up



I have setup my device and both * and # keys do not get recognized when setting up the greeting. Even after the voicemail box is created (from another phone) and I try and change it from the phone connected to my device, they are not recognized. I will see if my contact can tell me what is going on.
