I have just joined the Forum in hope of solving my basic installation problem. While following the installation instructions, the POWER light ob my new modem keeps flashing and the PHONE1 light does not come ob at all. Needless to say I keep getting a voice message on my phone instead of a dial tone. can someone help me ? Raghav
