Vonage I have had Vonage service since December 2004 and it's been working great - up till

I have had Vonage service since December 2004 and it's been working great - up till last Friday when we started experiencing this same or a similar problem: On incoming calls (every time), I can hear the caller but they cannot hear me. Outgoing calls are no problem.

I've tried rebooting my router (Linksys RT31P2) and cable modem a few times, and tried to open a support ticket online. After the initial message (telling me to reboot my router), I've not had any response back from Vonage even after repeated emails from me. Due to a busy schedule with work and needing to travel, I just haven't had time to call and sit on the phone - and I won't ask my wife to deal with this. She is frustrated by the fact that, as a workaround, we now need to let every call go to voicemail, and then she has to call the person back. I was hoping that the problem would go away, but I guess I need to actually call Vonage, which I will do tonight or tomorrow after work.

Anyway, does anyone know if anything changed about a week ago (around the 3rd or 4th of March), like a new firmware update for the Linksys units, or a change in the Vonage network, that could have caused this to start happening?

Edit: From reviewing the forums here, I already knew about the problems last week, but didn't think that it would extend to this week. I did find this news article here:

which seems to suggest that problems began with the software update Thursday night (March 3rd) - which is close to when I started having trouble with incoming calls.
