Plug the V-Phone into an XP machine (or 2000, something it'll work on), run/use it, and it'll update the V-phone, and put the hidden vonage folder onto the removable drive, then plug it into your vista machine, and follow the steps at http://www.vonage.com/help.php?article=1226&category=113&nav=5
