I have charter internet also. I have NEVER changed the MAC address of the router so that my IP changes. What you are asking to do, you cannot do while using Vonage. -> Vonage Device -> PC ........................................ Then what I need to do is change the MAC address on the vonage device, correct? How would I do that?
