Vonage I have both the RT3 and the PAP (For 2 different accounts), as far as your set up is

I have both the RT3 and the PAP (For 2 different accounts), as far as your set up is concerned the only difference is really physical size. Just set the RT3 to have a static address thats compaible with your current setup instead of using a DHCP. hook it to your router via the WAN port and fwd the approrite ports to the IP you give it on your current router,

I can relate to not wanting another router on the network though, I have a smoothwall already managing everything and at first i thought the RT3 was gonna be the end of my world. Was b4 i knew about thte PAP though, but I havnt had either long enough to say which is "better".
