Vonage I have been through he!! trying to deal with Vonage in regards to my phone number

I have been through he!! trying to deal with Vonage in regards to my phone number transfer. With all other companies, whenever I changed my service, the phone number transfer was automatic. NOT with Vonage! I signed up on August 13. It is now August 31. I have been lied to and given false promises by customer support over and over and over again!

When someone calls me they hear "We're sorry, your call cannot be completed as dialed, or the number has been disconnected. Please check the number and dial again"!!!!!!!

I am a freelancer and this number is on my business cards and resumes and with all my clients.

I am so upset, I cannot even express!!!!

Every time I talk to customer service, I am told another made up story and transferred to a different customer service person. Each time I am transferred, I am asked my information all over again.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR Vonage. YOU WILL BE SORRY YOU DID!!!!!!!!!
