I have been on Vonage about 4 months. It has been nothing but trouble. Calls being dropped, Phone outages (internets up but when you pick up the phone it says the vonage device is not connected to the internet) and you can be talking to someone and they cannot hear you. So, I called to check on canceling my service and they want to charge me $49 for one thing and $39 for something else because I want to cancel the bad service I am getting. Anyone found a way around this? I think it is pretty brazen for them to want to charge for canceling because of a bad product(service). Gary
