I have been a customer of Vonage for nearly two years now. I have called several times about the Anonymous Call Rejection, only to hear, "We will have it soon!" About a month ago, I signed up with another VoIP company, and called Vonage to disconnect. Vonage gave me FOUR months of free service to compare the services "side by side!" The customer service representative issued the credits immediately, and I now show a negative balance on my account. I prefer to keep the Vonage service... sound quality is a bit better, however I will wait for the free months to run out and if Vonage does not have ACR by then I will disconnect.
